Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our shipping process, all orders are currently shipped directly from overseas, and we do not have an overseas warehouse in your country. As a result, packages can only be sent to you and cannot be returned.
Our temporary return and exchange policy is as follows:
- Returns for quality issues or wrong items: If your item has a quality issue or you received the wrong product, we’ll happily honor a return as long as a picture is sent to our email.
- Non-quality-related returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that do not have quality issues or are being returned for personal reasons.
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it has a quality issue. For now, we do not accept returns for any reason other than product defects or incorrect items.
We are committed to continually improving and optimizing our services as our business grows.
Shipping & Order Notes
- Please note that all packages are shipped from overseas.
- Pre-order or out-of-stock items will have delayed shipments.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hijabaeshop@gmail.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Sale items and gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
